14...Hi Thanks for letting me train with you guys yesterday, I really enjoyed it and will try to start coming up on a more regular basis - that's if you don't mind of course! I was talking to Mike Edmonds about this chap on Friday:

I think he's holds a European title for kumite and has fought all over Europe - this particular video was filmed in Budapest.

I really like the look of your new site, and to see some of the old photographs which preserve your history. It's great to see Senseis Mick and Sam still setting and maintaining such a high standard at the club. Listen to what they tell you and you won't go far wrong.
